I am a registered clinical counsellor with experience in helping people find effective mechanisms for managing life's challenges. My goal is to offer a safe space for individual therapy where clients feel heard in a non-judgmental, empathetic environment. I have experience in treating many mood and personality disorders as well as helping people manage stress, anxiety, depression and grief.
My practice draws from many different modalities, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and I am EMDR trained.
